Jane Drennen

Jane has a background in the culinary industry. After attending The University of Mississippi, and The French Culinary Institute, she worked in various high-end restaurants in both New York City and Birmingham, Alabama. She then moved into the media industry working for Time Inc, and Hoffman Media doing recipe development and food styling. She currently resides in Birmingham with her husband and three children. Jane finds great joy when children’s eyes are opened to eating new foods through Tastebuds.

Katherine Littrell

Co-Founder
 

Katherine has a background in floral design and teaching. After graduating from the University of Alabama, she moved to Birmingham and managed a local antique store, taught preschool and ran her own floral design business. She currently resides in Birmingham with her husband, and two children. Katherine has a passion for seeing children learn about science, teamwork, and develop small motor skills through cooking and gardening!

Maggie O’Connor

C0-Founder
 

Maggie has a background in the teaching and event management industries and has found a new home in Tastebuds camps. A graduate of Auburn University, Maggie also holds a Masters in Secondary Language Arts Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition to teaching, she has planned numerous events for a wide range of employers and community organizations. At present, Maggie most enjoys spending time with her husband and four year old son, as well as working with her church's flower guild and, of course, organizing camps for the upcoming sessions of Tastebuds!
